"AVOID AT ALL COSTS...The most greedy company out there..."
Honestly, this is the most greedy company I've ever had to deal with, especially after they downsized because of money issues. They wouldn't budge on a temporary payment cut.

We started with a contract for 7 members, but it ballooned to 34. When I tried to revert to the original agreement (not asking for less), they claimed we had to make 2 more quarterly payments first, which ended up costing us an extra £8,000!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY DON'T GIVE A HOOT ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, ONLY HOW MUCH CASH THEY CAN SQUEEZE OUT OF YOU!

"A remarkable tool for communication"
This remarkable tool for communication includes dedicated assistance from an enthusiastic and well-informed group. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but you definitely get your money's worth.

The impact of Front is akin to when we switched from our in-house Jabber to Slack back in the day. Front opens up new avenues for collaboration and enhances communication within a single hosted chat.

Our team is really enjoying it!

"Terrible customer support"
Terrible customer support. Poor business practices and a pretty mediocre service overall if you overlook all the downsides. Plus, they've recently gone on a spree of terminating services without any warning just because they disagree with the political opinions of their customers. What a way to manage a business, right into the dirt at that!

"service you can't count on"
I really believed they would offer a solid service, but out of the blue, they cut off my email and messed up my business. It's a horrible way to operate, and I don't think they can be relied upon. An email service provider should be dependable, and Front just isn't.

"Not a Fan of Front"
I really can't suggest using Front. Similar to Mailchimp, they've recently adopted a policy where they shut down accounts due to the content in your emails.

However, unlike Mailchimp, they've done this to multiple businesses without any prior notice or heads-up. We just can't afford to jeopardize our business like that.

"Scheduled a demo meeting for..."
I had a demo meeting set up for yesterday, but the rep bailed on me just 5 minutes prior. We rescheduled for 10am today, and guess what? No call from him.

I’m gonna go with a competitor who actually shows up for the initial meetings. It’s a real bummer because this could’ve been a significant deal for Front.

"Front just pulled the plug on their services..."
Front just pulled the plug on their services with the Babylon Bee satire site since it doesn’t match up with their staff's political beliefs. They gave no heads-up at all, and it’s just another case of cancel culture. I couldn’t send or get emails from the Babylon Bee. I’d never suggest a company that operates like that.

I hadn't tried Front before I began my job at Locke, but I gotta say, I really enjoy it. There are tons of useful features when it comes to using Front email.

"They clearly don't understand their clientele..."
I keep getting these "friendly nudges" from Front... "Thanks for picking Front" and asking for my feedback...

I was a satisfied user of Front when they first launched. But after some time, they got a bit too money-hungry and began to overcharge while not delivering as promised. I made the switch to Missive App a couple of years back and haven’t regretted it one bit!

Unfortunately, Front still thinks I'm one of their customers -- which is why I'm getting these review requests... Ridiculous.

Front is a fantastic tool for handling emails as a group. It's super simple to pass messages around among team members and work together on responses or tasks. Integrations like Linear really help streamline feedback and such. I can't recommend Front highly enough.

"My Experience as a Front Developer"
Working with Front as a developer has been super helpful. The tool packs a punch with its powerful API and handy Plugin features.

Sure, it’s not without its flaws, but overall, Front is a solid product that shows a lot of promise. Our team relies on it for managing emails; the tagging feature and the ability to chat outside the usual email threads is pretty cool.

It would be awesome if they made their Typescript Types open source so that developers could easily integrate them into their plugins. Plus, opening up their Plugin SDK would be a nice touch.

"Does the Job"
It gets the job done, but there are a few shortcomings. The spell checker that’s included is pretty bad. It would be great to have something like Grammarly added in.
